Enjoy this family-friendly Scandinavian event celebrating the release of Hardware Distillery's "Dill Aquavit" in conjunction with our famous "Paddle the Canal Challenge." Check out Chef Patchen Gallagher's old-world roasted pig & pickled herring potato salad, Hri's Fika Bar (Norwegian midday snacks & treats), our very own Aquavit Grotto (21+) featuring specialty cocktails, custom made IPA by Potlach Brewing Company and wine from Stottle & Hoodsport Wineries. Bring your own watercraft, book passage on Lady Alderbrook or rent a kayak to cross Hood Canal (our Fjord) alongside the barrel aged Dill Aquavit in celebration of a historic Nordic tradition. Don't miss our vendors, oysters, parade, artisans and children's crafts!
